The location was great and perfect, close to everything you would need, it's a plus. Moreover, it's so close to the Rogue Valley Inn, the center of that struggle, and mall.

Location: the hotel was close enough to cinema and mall and cinema. Everything was good, the room was well-kept with sofas, King-size bed plus the balconies...

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for traveling around Medford, really close to mall and cinema and the Rogue Valley Inn and the center of that struggle. It also was in the best part of town.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

We haven't stayed at Knights Inn Medford for awhile, but years ago we used to stay there when we would go to Jacksonville. At that time, it was pleasant. There must be new management because we were not happy at all with it this time.
When we arrived, the person at the counter was not friendly. He didn't seem to know what room had been reserved for us. He then gave us a key to a room that had not been cleaned or made up yet. With our complaint, he quickly showed us two more rooms that appeared to have been cleaned up. Reluctantly, we took the second one. If we had had time to cancel, we would have and looked for another place to stay. But because it now was 4:00 p.m. we had to take it so we could get to our concert at Jacksonville on time. We will not stay there again.

We rented the room for two friends who had just gotten married The hotel staff treated them horribly and even asked them if they were homeless people because they were waiting outside for us to arrive When we went into the office I was so embarrassed by the attitude of the man behind the desk, he was so rude and disrespectful I felt so bad for our friends Before we had arrived i called and they told me that there was a room available and to come on down, when we asked to check in he said we would have to wait The room that they gave them was still being cleaned and the mattress had blood stains on it, like I said earlier it was a gift to our friends who had just gotten married and we were very embarrassed by the attitude and the condition of the room

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like I was among old friends. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, giving it a fancy hotel feel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location, although in a slightly shady neighborhood, turned out to be a pleasant surprise once inside. It was also conveniently close to key attractions and amenities, making it a great choice for exploring the area.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The paint on the walls seemed old and there was a lingering smell in the room.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the comfortable king bed and nice room interior. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of the mall and other amenities. The staff treated us well and were generally pleasant.
The only improvement that could be made for breakfast is the variety of food options available.

I stayed at the Rogue Valley Inn in Medford for a week-long trip without a car. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the Rogue Valley Mall, Medford Center, and RVTD. The manager and his wife were pleasant and accommodating, even allowing me to check out later than noon. The staff was attentive and quickly resolved any issues. The room had a fridge, microwave, and a strong air conditioner. The bathrooms were always clean. this family-owned motel provided clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly service. Highly recommended!
Do recommend this hotel.

Wow, what a great deal! The room at this family-owned motel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Despite the initial impression of the neighborhood, the staff at Rogue Valley Inn were incredibly welcoming and treated me like a long-lost friend. And let's not forget about the amazing breakfast spread, it was top-notch!
Hotel breakfast could use more variety, especially in terms of the buns and juice.
